The UK distinguishes between commercial and recreational drone use. All our drones are leisure drones. In the UK, a recreational drone does not require a specific licence to fly in most areas, provided you comply with local regulations. Please refer to the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) guidelines for up-to-date rules in your area.

If the drone runs out of battery, your phone connected to the drone will alert you immediately, allowing you to land safely. This feature ensures you can always control the drone safely, even when the battery is low.

Don't worry – if the connection to your phone is lost, only the live camera feed will be interrupted. You can continue to fly normally.

You can scan the QR code found in the user manual to download the app for free instantly. Alternatively, you can find it directly on the App Store or Google Play Store.

Yes! Everything you need to fly and film is included. Note: it is recommended to fully charge the batteries before your first flight.

Simply insert the MicroSD card into your computer like a USB drive. You can also export footage from your smartphone app to any other device.

The connection process is extremely straightforward. Start by downloading the app by scanning the QR code in the user manual. Once the app is installed, turn on your drone and remote controller, then follow the in-app instructions to connect your phone to the drone.

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ordering process is entirely online. Choose your product, add it to your basket, then follow the checkout steps.

A complete order, in stock and confirmed by credit card, is processed within 24 to 72 hours. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your payment is confirmed, we pass your order to one of our fulfilment partners, who will prepare and dispatch it. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Due to the exclusivity of certain products, delivery may take 4 to 9 working days, excluding shipping costs. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.

Delivery is on us – it is completely free of charge. Shipping is handled by our partners: Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL.

Upon receiving your order, it is important to check that your parcel has not been damaged in transit. If the parcel is damaged, please report it to the delivery driver and take photographs.

Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to see whether the product you ordered matches what you received. If not, please contact us by email with your order number and a photo of the item received.

Your order may be dispatched in multiple parcels. Check your order confirmation email to ensure all items were included in the order. If an item is missing, please contact us by email.

We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives intact and as described. However, if your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt.

In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have a 14-day period in which to exercise your right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, please contact us by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
