Shipping Policy

At Flexydrone, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping policy, detailing our international shipping timelines, costs, and conditions.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship internationally to the following countries:

  • European Union: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Poland
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • North America: United States (USA), Canada
  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia
  • Other: Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand

2. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Order processing: All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution centers within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday).

Estimated delivery time: Once shipped, your order will generally arrive within 4 to 6 business days.

Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to slight delays due to peak periods, issues with local carriers, or customs processing.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free shipping: Available on all orders.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (NON-EU CUSTOMERS)

ECOM TRENDS GROUP LIMITED is based in Hong Kong. Please note the following:

  • For EU residents: Customs duties may apply depending on the order value.
  • For UK and USA residents: You are the official importer. Your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes (including VAT or sales tax) once the shipment arrives in your country.
    • These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
    • Flexydrone does not collect these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the initial shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect address: We are not responsible for delivery failures if the delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

Lost or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours at contact@flexydrone.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
