ARTICLE 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") apply exclusively to the online sale of products offered by CAMERA TECH LTD ("the Operator") on the website flexydrone.com. The T&Cs are made available to customers on the Site. By checking the box or clicking the confirmation button, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them before placing an order. Validation of the order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs in force on the date of the order.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Site is an online store for RC vehicles, buggies, and leisure/hobby products ("Product(s)"). Each product is accompanied by a description stating its essential characteristics. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Products comply with applicable laws within the European Economic Area (EEA).

ARTICLE 3 — CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

To place an order, the Customer may be required to create a personal account. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. CAMERA TECH LTD reserves the right to suspend any account in the event of fraudulent use or violation of these terms.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Orders are subject to stock availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the Operator will notify the Customer by email. The Customer may then choose:

  • Delivery of an equivalent product.
  • A full refund within thirty (30) days.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., ongoing dispute, payment incident, or suspicious activity).

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT AND SECURITY

The Customer expressly acknowledges that any order placed on the Site entails an obligation to pay.

Payment methods: Payments are processed via secure solutions (Stripe and/or PayPal). We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

Security: Banking details are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and are never stored on the Operator's servers.

Taxes: CAMERA TECH LTD is registered in Hong Kong. Prices are displayed as net amounts. Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the Customer's delivery country.

ARTICLE 6 — INTERNATIONAL SALES AND CUSTOMS

For any order delivered outside the country of shipment (particularly to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States):

  • The Customer is the official importer.
  • Customs duties, local taxes, or import charges may apply. These costs are not included in the price paid to the Operator and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  • The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY

Zones: We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Spain, and Portugal.

Timelines: Products are shipped within the timeframes indicated on the site (estimated between 4 and 6 business days).

Transfer of risk: The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon physical possession of the Product.

ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

In accordance with European and British consumer protection laws, Customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Procedure: Returns must be sent in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

ARTICLE 9 — LEGAL WARRANTIES

Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Operator remains liable for:

  • Legal warranty of conformity: (2 years for EU residents).
  • Warranty against hidden defects: In accordance with applicable sale of goods laws and EU directives.

ARTICLE 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Site (texts, logos, images, software) are the exclusive property of CAMERA TECH LTD. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 11 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

Amicable resolution: In the event of a dispute, please first contact contact@flexydrone.com.

Mediation: EU customers may access the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Jurisdiction: In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws in the Customer's country of residence.
